Service and Support Contracts
In order to ensure that your investment continues to perform at its optimum level for its entire economic life, APT Skidata strongly recommends that the parking equipment be subject to a controlled, approved maintenance programme. APT Skidata is able to offer a service care contract tailored to meet your individual requirements.
Service Care
Service Care offers the most basic level of support contract available from APT Skidata. This type of contract covers Planned Preventative Maintenance visits and telephone assistance.
- Pre-determined number of Planned Preventative Maintenance visits per year
- Service desk assistance during office hours
- Reactive Maintenance visits upon request (Labour, travel and parts costs charged at prevailing rates)
- Weekend and out of hours cover available with Service Care contract (additional costs apply)
APT Care
APT Care is the most comprehensive support contract offered by APT Skidata. This type of contract covers Planned Preventative Maintenance visits, Reactive Maintenance visits and telephone assistance.
- Pre-determined number of Planned Preventative Maintenance visits per year
- Reactive Maintenance visits, labour, travel and parts costs included (certain exclusions apply)
- Service desk assistance during office hours
- Weekend and out of hours cover available with APT Care contract (additional costs apply)
