Service and Support Contracts

In order to ensure that your investment continues to perform at its optimum level for its entire economic life, APT Skidata strongly recommends that the parking equipment be subject to a controlled, approved maintenance programme.  APT Skidata is able to offer a service care contract tailored to meet your individual requirements.

Service Care

Service Care offers the most basic level of support contract available from APT Skidata.  This type of contract covers Planned Preventative Maintenance visits and telephone assistance. 

APT Care

APT Care is the most comprehensive support contract offered by APT Skidata.  This type of contract covers Planned Preventative Maintenance visits, Reactive Maintenance visits and telephone assistance. 

 

Weekend and Out of Hours Cover

Weekend and out of hours cover can be added to either type of contract offered by APT Skidata.  This provides you with the ability to contact an engineer outside of the standard hours operated by the service call centre

  • Support engineer available outside of normal service desk operating hours
  • Two options:

All Inclusive

  • Includes all standby, labour and travel costs (certain exclusions apply)

Shared Risk

  • Includes standby costs only (labour and travel costs apply when the service is used)
