Norpass2
Norpass2 access control software provides customised security solutions that anyone can use. Norpass2 is modular and has the strength and flexibility both to meet current demands and to seamlessly grow whenever it is necessary.
This access control software can control up to 64 doors / barriers etc. and is compatible with all standard reader types. Individual CRC200 reader controllers manage access through one or two doors, turnstiles, barriers, gates etc. and will validate each card, check the cardholder's rights to access the area to which they are attempting to enter, and then take the appropriate action.
All reader controllers are linked to the management system via a data interface. The controllers are regularly updated with card information and provide feedback to the management system on events that have taken place at the access points under their control. In this way, the whole installation can be managed from the hosting PC running the access control software.
Norpass2 can speedily configure up to 20,000 cards or fobs, (either individually or as a batch) and maintains a comprehensive database of card numbers and personnel details. Each card has a unique identity, against which Norpass2 software stores access information. Each card can be assigned an access level that controls which areas can be accessed and at which times. To simplify access management, cardholders can be assigned to predetermined time groups (controlling access by time period) and divided into workgroups, departments or divisions.
