Another Vehicle Bites The Dust

APT are pleased to announce that they have completed two vehicle impact tests during the week commencing 14th December 2009. These tests have culminated in the launch of a higher specification Cycle Stand (impact tested in accordance with PAS68 using a 7.5 tonne vehicle at 40mph) and a mid-range automatic rising bollard (impact tested in accordance with PAS68 using a 7.5 tonne at 30) both product tests achieving zero penetration.

The unique modular design of this new cycle racks enables APT to work alongside designs and architects to create crash approved products to suit most purposes including seating, bus stops and planters. This new range of street furniture should prove ideal for highly pedestrianised or architectural areas like shopping centres, museums, embassies, transport terminals, listed building and the like.
