    1. Superb informationSuperb informationI am still at awww with this great book full of superb informative and great guidance for your own personal journeyloved it.

    2. I found this guide to be comprehensive and helpful in planning a pilgrimage along the Camino. The author covers packing tips, walking tips, and some basic health and safety information.

    3. One of my bucket list items is to hike the Camino de Santiago. If everything goes according to plan (which it usually never does in my life) I'm going to retire from my current job in four years. I think hiking across Spain then might be a good time to think about what I'm going to do next. So right now, I'm shooting for the summer of 2021. Thought I'd download some reading material. This is a relatively short book on packing and preparing. Really nothing here that you couldn't find from searchi [...]

    4. Great Guide!I am preparing to make my own pilgrimage in 2017 , so I have been researching early to get as good of a grasp of the fundamentals of what this pilgrimage really entails before I go. This book is by far the best guide for what to do to prepare for such an endeavor out of all of the ones I have read thus far! It is well written, easy to follow and reassuringoh and it's funny too!

    5. Read this for free from the Kindle Lending Library. Probably like everyone else, ever since I saw The Way, walking the Camino has been on my bucket list. Also probably will never happen. Anyway, the book was an informative enjoyable read. Now that I know what to take, I think my next book on this subject will be something like A Million Steps or maybe one of the Brierley books. Has anyone read A Million Steps?

    6. I am planning on walking the Camino soonI found this book ticked all the right boxes when defining what I need to pack, what I should leave behind and how to specifically look after my feet on the journey. I have read and watched a lot of material to prepare me for this walk but I found this book the most helpful

    7. This book is a very good start if you are planning your Camino Trip . A lot of the advise is good common sense but after reading this I would recommend checking the many on line forums to cross reference certain information such as best water proofs etc but again it will give you the outline of what you need to plan for your Pilgrim

    8. Very Good Reference for Preparing for the CaminoIn 2012, while visiting my girlfriend's parents in California they were showing The Way in their clubhouse as their weekly movie. I was hooked on the Camino from then on. This book does a good job of telling the prospective pilgrim what and what not to bring on The Way. I hope to hike this trail within the next 3 years.

    9. A very good guide to help the first time pilgrim pack. I wish I had read this before setting off on my own Camino, my back and shoulders would have thanked me. Think I will pass on the sports bra though :)

    10. I found this book very useful as part of my planning for walking the Camino Frances in 2015. It was written in a very down to earth direct style and provided useful practical information. This was definitely one of the better books that I read before walking the Camino.

    11. great guideWell researched lots of useful tips Thanks for putting this togetherUseful information for the serious hiker of the camino
